This dissertation only considers the signal ’ s distortion by interconnect, such as delay, reflection, discontinuity of microstrip, crosstalk and simultaneous switching noise, and so on . nowadays, there are some simulation software in pcb level, but they are lack of the well ability of modeling . in order to simulate the interconnect accurately, we have to make use of three-dimension full wave analysis method, whose disadvantage is low speed in computing, but is competent for developing rules in high-speed designs 目前也有一些針對(duì)這些噪聲的高速pcb板級(jí)仿真軟件,但它們都缺乏詳盡的建模能力,特別是當(dāng)頻率逐漸提高和電路板日益復(fù)雜后,更是顯得無(wú)能為力,要精確地對(duì)互連結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,三維全波仿真器似乎不可缺少,其缺點(diǎn)就是速度慢,對(duì)整板仿真很難實(shí)現(xiàn),但非常適用于規(guī)則開發(fā),而這正好是本文除了建模與仿真方法研究外另一個(gè)重點(diǎn)。
First, the dissertation introduces transmission line theory, analyzes si in the design of high speed pcb, including reflection, crosstalk, simultaneous switch noise etc in detail . secondly, the dissertation simulates the reflection and crosstalk of the given circuit models using hyperlynx, the eda software of mentor corporation, and shows the waveforms of reducing reflection by adding terminators and the waveforms of the crosstalk influenced by changing the parameters of transmission lines . at last the dissertation summarizes the solutions to reducing reflection, crosstalk and ssn, and introduces the design flow of high speed pcb based on si 本文首先介紹了傳輸線理論,詳細(xì)分析了高速pcb設(shè)計(jì)中的信號(hào)完整性問(wèn)題,包括反射、串?dāng)_、同步開關(guān)噪聲等,然后利用mentorgraphics公司的eda軟件hyperlynx對(duì)給定電路模型進(jìn)行了反射、串?dāng)_仿真,并給出了通過(guò)端接技術(shù)減小反射的仿真波形和通過(guò)改變傳輸線參數(shù)對(duì)串?dāng)_的影響的仿真波形,最后總結(jié)了解決反射、串?dāng)_和同步開關(guān)噪聲的措施,并介紹了基于信號(hào)完整性分析的高速pcb板設(shè)計(jì)流程。
Analyzed the correlative theory of signal integrity such as reflection, crosstalk, simultaneous switch noise etc in detail, 2 . simulated reflection and crosstalk, gave the corresponding waveforms, and summarized the solutions to reducing reflection, crosstalk and ssn, 3 . using the method of signal integrity analysis, finished the pcb design of high speed data sampling system independently, 4 本文所完成的工作主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:1.對(duì)引起信號(hào)完整性問(wèn)題的反射、串?dāng)_、ssn進(jìn)行了較深入的理論分析;2.給出了在常見情況下解決信號(hào)完整性問(wèn)題的一些方法,并進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的仿真驗(yàn)證;3.運(yùn)用信號(hào)完整性分析方法,獨(dú)立完成了高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)pcb板的設(shè)計(jì)制作;4.完成了系統(tǒng)ad部分的調(diào)試。
